Are there any tattoo design sites?

I want to be able to give someone a description of a tattoo that I want and have them design something. I was wondering if there was any site that did this for free.

    Yea plenty, deviantart is prolly the best one.

    Generally, the tattoo artist you go to could do this… And if you don’t like it, they can change it up until you do

    There’s one called "tattoo johny", or "johny tattoo", something like that. Do a search.

    There isn’t and there never will be. Any good custom tattoo artist will be able to design it for you just from your verbal ideas.
