Best tattoo artist in the sanfrancisco bay area?

I want to get a tattoo dedicated to my father who passed away when I was 7, but I want it done by the best. It needs to do him justice, so does anyone know any good artists in the sanfran bay area?

    Well you need to have an idea of the type of tattoo that you want. Many artists specialize in a style.

    You’ll have to start to go to websites, and look at portfolios. And you need to start to think about ideas for your custom and personal tattoo. You’ll need to find references etc.
