Best tattoo place in the Bay Area, CA to get a portrait tattoo?
I want to get a picture of my mom tattooed on my arm and live in the Bay Area. I want an extremely legit and accurate tattoo and it doesn’t matter if it’s extremely expensive because its permanent and i want it to look good.
