Best tattoo to cover a brand?
I have brand on my arm. Yes I’m stupid and I got a brand along with some friends when I was in high school. I hate looking at it and was considering getting it covered with a tattoo. My question is will it totally obscure the tattoo. What certain designs are best for covering up crazy scars? I am specifically looking for advice from tattoo artists or anyone who has already done something like this.
You need to find a tattoo artist that has been around the block a few times. Someone with skill and lots of experience. So look for an established tattoo parlor and ask for possibly the owner, or for someone with the most experience, and see what they say.
They need to take a good look at it and the skin and placement etc. and then they can tell you what can and can not be done.
I would think that you could possibly end up with a very cool and creative and personal tattoo, like no other, because of this.
Start thinking of ideas and images that you would like and bring references in pictures, photos, items, write it down etc., to your artist of choice and have a consultation.
This could just be a very good thing, if you get the right artist and the right idea/image.
