Does anyone know a good tattoo artist in San Diego that can do very detailed art?

I am looking to get a tattoo of this a piece this artist I really love. Does anyone know any good tattoo artists in San Diego?

    if it’s art, kat von d is the best i’ve ever seen copy pictures and portraits etc to skin through tattoos.
    however she is in LA, and very very famous.
    that’s all i know offhand.
