@omgaw I used to feel the same way. I totally understand what you mean, but when I got my first tattoo I showed the artist what I wanted, and he put his own spin on it not only before when he re-drew the piece but also while he was doing my tattoo. At first I was thinking “what the fuck is he doing? That’s not what I wanted” In hind sight though I’m glad he did because I’m impressed with the turn out of it.

@omgaw true but i don’t mind if a artist add’s a bit of there style like how they use there coulours how they shade thing’s. Like if ask for a tattooo from la ink, london ink, or miami ink, or some orther tattoist i’d go for la or miami or london becuase i like there style

@RnoypiZ i hate tattoo’s where it’s like on lion or on one spot on the body. i like a tattooo to be part of the body. If i get a tattoo on my leg, it goes round my leg. I think tattoo’s are part of are culture because we did it thousands of years ago. Many tribes still paint them self’s it is like what humans do!

i think you missed what he was saying to copy is on thing if it is tattooable (that’s what you want) but to walk into a shop have a consult and you holding a tattoo pic from the internet or some other reference all he is saying is to get the best work out of the artist just let them do their thing with guidlines you offer key points and we do the rest much better tattoo out come that way more flow better fit for your body also.

@omgaw thats why you tell them guidelines they sketch it out for you and you decide whether its better than what you thought or not. 9/10 times people always choose the artist take on your guidelines.
