Getting a tattoo where you normally tweeze hair?

I know you can get a tattoo where hair grows and shave where a tattoo is – but is it a bad idea to get a tattoo where you have to tweeze hair? Will tweezing hairs effect the tattoo’s appearance?

    There is not much point in spending money getting your nostrils tattooed. Only those who are very close to you will ever get to admire the artwork, and they will need some sort of torch.
