@fatlumpofgoo This person obviously has a midwest standard American accent, so why be upset? Many Americans say it like that, that’s just their accent.

Step 8: Wake up to the fact that looking like a diseased whore for life is neither cool, attractive nor an expression of individualism.
If you are genuinely interested in looking after your skin then why mutilate it to begin with?

@ThePunisherPI Vaseline is fine! I’ve been using it for my tats and they look perfect. My artist even recommended I use it.

@norec I agree. It’s not about expressing yourself anymore, it’s about following the crowd, or curing boredom.

I just got my tattoo yesterday and did not get good directions on what to use as a lotion. I got vaseline fragrance free lotion and now people say vaseline is bad. So please help, is this ok or I’m I in trouble.

@Rover7898 cause tattoos are pretty. They’re an expression of art, idependence, individuality etc. And to be quite honest, I like her tattoo; it’s tasteful not tacky.

@fatlumpofgoo they’re american not a new zealander. It’s like people who mispronounce geisha it’s not guy-sha it’s gay-sha; but it’s not that big a deal. Calm down dude, I’m sure the Maoris will survive.

@norec I disagree. I think it depends on what you get. If you lame something lame off the wall, then yeah, it’s probably just to follow the masses. If you get something you thought about for a long time and designed yourself, then I think that’s still unique and creative.

tattoos used to be cool… now just about every tom, dick and jane gets tattoos.
it went from expressing your individualism in a unique and creative way… to just getting one to follow the masses. how sad. =(

(case in point, howcast.com is teaching you how to care for tattoos… i mean really…. really…..)

OK FIRST OFF: you DO NOT use a sponge or towel to clean!!! use your cleanly washed hands to apply and a paper towel to dry since they dont harbor bacteria like towels!! what idiots!! and i agree about pronouncing MAORI correctly!!
