Wow! Finally someone explains how to set up my tattoo machine! Thanks! Up to now, all my machine did was go “clunk” when I turned on the power, and “clunk” again when I turned off the power. I was beginning to think I got a defective machine or power supply.

And the video quality is a lot sharper than most other videos, too! Making it easier to see what’s going on…

if someone could help me please, well I just got a half sleeve done on saturday Tuesday, March 15, 2011 on my forearm and well I did as followed for the first 3 day I washed my tattoo with anti bacterial soap then applied Aquaphor, did this 3 times a day and washed the old ointment off before putting on new, now I wrapped my tattoo with plastic wrap at night to prevent infection but now on (day 3) my tattoo has pimples on it and should i keep applying aquaphor or what? someone please help!

@philly442 okay my advice, try applying sudecream, i think i splet that correctly. also don’t cover it in a plastic wrap, it gets warm and causes bacteria to multiply faster, so you should cover it in that.

@philly442 it seems you’re suffering from clogged pores. aquaphor is petroleum based an can cause that. since your hair is growing back and you’re applying a thick medium over it (yes it’s a very thick substance, not in quantity but in consistency) it happens some times. I’ve only had a few people that has happened to, switch to A&D, that might help. if not there is this awesome stuff called “naked” and its nice for healing tattoos. Try it out man, you’ll love it!

@joeyinkwell thanks a lot I knew it was ingrown hairs those buggers are annoyingly ugly, I just bought a good tube of A&D and will use that on my next tattoo thank you

@stupidcircusclown because that is reserved for the people who put their blood sweat and tears into this field. not idiots in their house trying to make a quick buck on a tradition they could care nothing about.

people need to keep in mind the health issues of tattooing. if you dont know how to keep your equipment sterile then learn something about that. check with your local state health laws and you will find that it is against state laws to tattoo without a operators license. you cannot obtain one of those if you do not work for a facility or own a facility. so once all these t.v. show addicts learn how to keep from giving everyone staph and hep c the world willo be better. learn and stop ignorance!

furthermore why dont you children try to obtain an apprenticeship to learn the proper way! ask your local shops about that.
