    @starrlvr101 they are misspelled! Tattoo artists are just there to tattoo what you want, they aren’t experts on language or even English. So if you want “Tomarrow” tattooed on you they’ll do it. lol.

    @ApocalypticTendency

    Look again. It says “TRADGEY” rather than Tragedy. What you’ve experienced is the mind’s ability to rearrange the letters within a word to ascertain the correct word, despite the word actually being misspelled. Happens to most.

    Expand your horizons before you try to fact check someone. “Comedy” refers to the genre of ancient Greek theatre (which is the opposite of Tragedy, one of the other two genres), where those masks originated. “Laugh now, cry later” is an alternate meaning people have given to the masks, but it damn sure isn’t the real meaning of them.

    @ceebthoj people choose Japanese I think, and not Chinese. I personally in teh future will get a Japanese word tattoed to my upper left back. It’ll be a word EXTREMELY meaningful to me.

    Okay, first off, dont talk to me like if I dont know what i’m talkin bout. cus in fact, i fuckin DO. that tattoo is actually a Chicano/Mexican thing. like the comment below the first two under me, its from a Mexican gang. so yeah, its not Greek its Mexican.

    @702beanerbitch

    If you don’t know that it originates in Greece, then you have no idea what you are talking about. Google “Comedy and Tragedy” and see what you find. It may have been used by a Mexican gang, but it didn’t start there. It started before there ever were Mexican gangs.

    @IdiotsAmongUs
    the “Comedy and Tragedy” shit might’ve originated in Greece, but Freddie Negretti created the “Smile now, Cry later” thing. the original image had faces, not masks. the “Comedy and Tragedy” has masks. so yeah, i have a point to what i’m sayin. thats where i’m RIGHT :p

    @702beanerbitch

    You may have a point with that, but that doesn’t mean you’re right about what this person intended on their tattoo meaning, which was what I was getting at. LoL. Have a good day.
