What do you think about this tattoo design?
I already have a fairy laying on her belly on top of a mushroom but i was thinking about adding a tree behind it and maybe some fairy dust falling from the top of the tree. What do you think about my idea? the tattoo is on my inner ankle area

A mushroom and a fairy will take up plenty of room on your ankle. Skip the tree. Sounds like too complex of a design for an ankle. If you want that much detail, put it on your back or thigh or something and make it larger. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
