Where and who is the best tattoo artists or parlor around IN?
I’m wanting to get a tattoo but i dont want a crapy ugly sub-standard tattoo at just some neighborhood parlor. This is gonna be on me my whole life so even if i have to drive down to Miami beach and get it done by the guys at miami ink I will do so. However before i do that i wanted to know if anyone knew of high caliber places in the IN,IL,Ohio,kentucky area. Im from indiana.
