Where does it not hurt when getting a tattoo?

I really want a tattoo when I’m older, but I have heard it is really painful, I was wondering if anyone knows where on the body to get a tattoo where it is least painful? Thanks for your help :’)

    The least painful places are where there is a lot of either fat or muscle under the skin. The inner forearm is the most popular because of this reason. Having said that, in 20 years I have never known a female not finish any tattoo anywhere on the body. Woman have a much higher pain threshold than men in general and have more padding also. In other words, for women its not really an issue. Get the tattoo where it looks the best.

    People have different pain thresholds, some places hurt more than others,For example tops of the feet,shoulders,ribs…The bottom line is it’s gonna hurt no matter where you get a tattoo, if you want it that bad then it’s worth the pain, otherwise don’t get one.

    ok well anywhere you get a tattoo it’s going to hurt. One of my tattoo artist always tels people it doesn’t matter where you get it, it’s going to hurt.

    rly my 2 tattoos I have now are in the most painful spots you can get them at. One is on my wrist and the other is on my ankle.

    wrist:5/10
    ankle:8/10

    i’ve never had a tattoo before but my friend she got one on her hip and she said it hurt. but it was bearable and that it didn’t hurt that bad. just a little pain. :) i hope you pick a great tattoo and find a great place to put it. :)
