Where is the best tattoo and piercing shop around KC?

I’ve been thinking about going to skin illustrations in overland park on sat. for my foot tat and nose piercing. Does someone recommend somewhere else?

    Dragon fly tattoo on Parallel. They are pretty good and have been around for quite a while.
    Or
    Freaks on Broadway near westport. I have had my nose pierced there.
