Who're the best tattoo artists in Southern Minnesota?
I’m from southern minnesota region, (such as the twin cities) and I’ve been having a hard time finding good and reputable tattoo artists. The one I’ve been most satisfied with is from Des Moines Iowa, and I’d prefer to find something closer.
